Greetings,

It is great to be back in Elyria, Ohio for the time being. I recently returned home from my internship in Eugene,Oregon. Never in my life did I ever expect to find myself living on the West Coast, but it was a good year nevertheless. I was split between Central Lutheran and United Lutheran Churches. At each community I had the opportunity to lead worship, preach, provide pastoral care, and lead educational classes. I met many people at my churches whom I was sad to say goodbye to, but it is good to be back home.

Now that I am home, I am back to working on my full time studies, and the candidacy process. It is my hope to be finished with classes at the end of the full term, and awaiting a call soon afterwards. It is exciting to see where the Spirit is leading me. If in the meantime any of you have any questions about my journeys in Oregon, or what range of possibilities await my future, I’d love to chat with you! I am also delighted to announce that I will be preaching on Reformation Sunday (October 26)
